More snow....

I am ready for spring!!! I have never in my life been ready for spring. I am now! SIGH~

I love snow, always have. Oh well...... I can't wait to kick us all out the door and walk. The kids and I like to go to a field not far from the house near the Flathead River and walk. We find cool stuff and feel like explorers :) I can't wait.

We love our living room. One year I will post photos..... Dave set up the bookshelf and computer desk. It looks nice :)

I made tacos for dinner and sticky buns for snack. I think the sticky buns were more of a hit then dinner!!

It was nice to hear from all of you on my last post. It was great to "meet" you Rachael. I'm glad you "stopped by!" :)

My parents are in NEW YORK!!!! Yep that's right ! They got a trip to NYC for their 30th wedding anniversary . I am SO excited for them . They went to the Statue of Liberty today and got pizza from a place called Joe G's Pizza. Tomorrow they get to go on a carriage ride through Central Park!! So cool...... One day I will get there!!! I'll sing all the songs from "On the town" and think of you Becki!!! Hey, maybe you can come with? In a perfect world.......

Well, I guess that is all from this girl. I can't wait for Mandi to come home. I miss her.

How was your walk? Did ya'll discover anything exciting?

How cool for your parents to go to NYC. Is your Mom using her Brooklyn accent?

Where have I been? I thought I was following your blog!? Oh well, I'm here now... Tell you mom & dad hello from us and we miss them.

I've been reading a few blogs back, and it's exciting to have a fresh look in your house. We've been wanting to paint for a while now, but it's so difficult with all the kids. Maybe we can get a babysitter one weekend & get what we want to do done.

Love and miss ya!

~GASP!~ Your folks are in NEW YORK?!?!?!? How cool is that!!!! I'm sooooo happy for them! And sooooo jealous of them!!!

Next year is our 10th Anniversary (two weeks after you and Dave's 10th)... how 'bout we ditch the guys and you and I go celebrate in New York??? I promise to practice all of the "On the Town" songs so we can sing them everywhere we go...

You're awful,
Awful good to look at,
Awful nice to be with,
Awful sweet to have and hold.
You're nothing,
Nothing if not lovely,
Nothing if not dazzling,
Nothing but pure gold!
You're frightening,
Frightening when you say that you might go away;
You're boring,
Boring into my heart to stay.
You're cheap, dear,
Cheap at any price dear,
Cheap for such a diamond,
Cheap for such a pearl.
What I said before I'll say again:
You're awful,
Awful nice to be my girl.

You're old, dear,
Old with worldly wisdom,
Old like Gorgonzola,
Old like vintage France champagne,
You're so-so,
So-so kinda charming,
So-so kind of witty,
So I can't explain!

Can't stand you,
I can't stand you to give some fellow the eye;
Can't see you
In the arms of another guy
Who needs you
Needs you to distraction,
Needs you till he's crazy,
Needs you rain or shine.

I'm the one who needs you and I think you're awful,
Awful nice to say you're mine!

Hhmmm... on second thought I guess we can't exactly sing that song to each other. We'll have to take the guys along with us! :-)
