Life is normal again... I think!

Well, I woke up this morning NOT wanting to get out of bed. Took me a little while.... It's hard when you have a cozy husband sleeping away next to you, but you can hear people in the other rooms, running up and down the stairs, banging pots and pans, slamming the door to take the dog outside, yelling from 5 rooms away at a sibling asking where the pencil sharpener is... Blah Blah...!!
So, I did find the muster to get out of bed... I had my quiet time with Jesus, got my workout clothes on, and did that for almost 45 min...! I had some extra time today, so I took advantage of it.  I don't think I will have more the 20-25 min tomorrow... But I will take what I can get! I just like to keep moving when I can, even if it's not for long ;)

Dan and I ran some errands today. It was kind of fun, just the 2 of us. He was cracking me up! He likes to yell at people on the street, of course I keep his window locked! ;) Oh, that reminds me! The other day we were getting ready for dinner and he dropped something, and blamed Beth. (He was teasing) So, Dave said to him "Dan, don't blame other people for your mistakes, you will turn into a Democrat" I was like "Dave! Please don't say that...!" Then Dan puts both hands in the air and says" Now, ... Let me be clear!" :D I had to laugh!! Dave did too.. What a mess ;)
When we got home Emilie, Tom and Olivia were here! I watched them for a little while. Our kids LOVE Olivia, they spoil her rotten.

Tomorrow I will help Andy with his reading, for BOOK IT! That whole program has been very good for him. He did NOT want to read much this last year, but we started it in October and he's done well. It's crazy because Andy, started to read when he just turned 5 and did GREAT! I was so proud... Blah blah.. Then he hit 6 years old and could not careless! I was SO disappointed. Anyhow... We got the BookIt! coupons for him and it's helped a lot. I can't believe he will be 8 in April... 59 days to be exact ;) He counts how many days until his birthday almost daily. It's pretty cute.

I hope to send the twins to see Dave's parents in March and to see my parents later in the summer... They need out of this house ;) They are growing into fine young men and I want to give them some "leach" this year... To places that are very SAFE! ;) I remember staying with my grandparents when I was younger and I loved it. Special times and memories. I really home we can make this happen for them :)
Okay, that's it from me!

I think you want to give your boys some leash--not leach. Leaches are NOT good! HAHAHAHA!
It's so hard to believe all you "former teenagers" from "back in the day" have young people of your own! Weird. But I'm so thrilled with how so many of you are doing such a fine job of raising your kids. God bless you all!
