Okay! I will try again... Mom must have got to see my post for just a few minutes. I was looking at my posts and saw that my first draft of that post was still there, and I deleted the wrong post :-/
I have had some strange "emotional" stress, I guess is one way to put it... Since I can't remember what word I used last time ;) Anyway.... I was keeping it to myself most of the time. I just thought that I was going crazy. To make a long story short I deiced to talk with my pastors wife. I am glad I did. I know that my emotions and my body are going through changes right now... It's like being a teenager all over again ;) Before I left her house, she got into her desk drawer and pulled out 4 pages of scripture and gave it to me. That has been a big blessing. And as far as the "hair- do" it was just for that day ;) While we were sitting she curled my hair. Sis. Nancy likes to curl hair, and she likes to chat! So, we did both :D I came home feeling better, and looking a bit better too! Dave even mentioned that he liked my hair :)
Okay, on to other things... Dave came home Sunday morning. A think around 8...? *Side Note* Dave is a conductor for a fraight train company. They run trains 24/7 365! But he's only gone about 24-30 hours at a time* Sundays I like to sleep in but this week I deiced to get my rear in gear and make him breakfast when get got home. That was a good idea! He was able to have a hot breakfast and chat about his train trip, then he was ready for a nap before church. It's always nice when he can do that. He can enjoy church more after a nap ;) *Side Note* We have services at 2pm on Sundays.* So, that really was a blessing to me and him. OH! And another reason it was a blessing, is I remembered at 10:55 that the Denver church has live services! That made me happy. It was great to hear Bro. Jon preach. I need to remember that more often. I better tell Dan, he does not forget much!! Only when it's he day to run the dishwasher ;)
Okay, mom... Anything else...??

Great post, MissyLou! ;-) Thank you for filling in the blanks.
Being female means wacky emotions--it comes with the territory. I think it's part of the curse. Thanks a LOT, Eve!
How nice that Sister Nancy already had the pages of Scripture ready. God planned ahead and got everything set up ahead of time, didn't He? He's good like that. Don't be afraid to talk through your "emotional stress" with a godly mentor who will point you to Christ, and give you pages of His Word, to boot! Sometimes just saying stuff out loud relieves a lot of pressure. But I say that because I am NOT a person who can keep things inside indefinitely. Sooner or later there will come either an explosion or a meltdown. Neither one are pretty.
Love you, girl. Thanks for sharing.
Yeah, I got to see this post! :-) I've had some weird emotional times myself lately. I don't like not being in control of my emotions! But God is always good and faithful and knows just what we need.
"And for your information, Hair-Do..." I would have loved to have seen a picture of your curls. ;-)
How cool that you were able to "attend" church in Denver! I used to do that when we'd be snowe in and have to cancel church. Of course, that hasn't happened since we've been in Alabama (!) so it's been a long time! It's so great that it's available, though.
I think you covered all the bases!!
LOL :') These kinds of moments can show us/remind us - that God is necessary through Every stage of our life! We never come to a place where His presence is not needed.
IE: we never ...'arrive'! ~ Every "season" depends on Him~
What ever this is, I know that You know -He will see you through.
Have a blessed week Mel~
Yikes! I'm not enjoying the wacky emotions either. But I am thankful for godly women who have helped me through those difficult times. God is so good!
I think it's really cool that you get to watch our services sometimes. :-) That ministry has reached much further than we ever anticipated.
Thanks for peeking in ladies!
I never thought about taking a picture, Becki.... Maybe next time ;) Oh BTW... "What are you doing for dinner?" "Something, else!" ;)
